Job Responsibilities:
• Managing the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support all of the IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, telephones, software applications and peripherals.
• Provide expertise on all kinds of technologies.
• Oversee systems deployment and enhancement and integration of new systems with existing systems.
• Develop new strategies.
• Managing the IT staff, hiring, training, evaluation, guidance, discipline and discharge.
• Develop the IT staff to new technologies.

• Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal teams.
• Maintain the Business Development databases for Sri Lanka, Middle East, UK & Europe Markets.
• Identify Potential ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) customers and maintain records of existing ERP customers.
• Identify Potential SharePoint, Qlikview, O365, Microsoft Azure and Nintex customers and maintain records of existing customers.
• Handling team of 3 - 5.
• Handling meeting with Key clients.
• Monitoring and evaluating the KPI’s of the team.
• Brand Building Strategies.
• Support marketing activities, including trade shows, mailings, etc.

• Conducting Microsoft trainings for Cooperates and for internal employees.
• Writing technical proposals.
• Involving in internal and external Microsoft projects.
Projects Involved:
• Was involved in the internal project on migration of Microsoft Exchange 2010 and Windows 7.
• Was the Project Leader in the internal Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation Project.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conducting Microsoft trainings such as MCITP Enterprise track, Windows 7 Configuring, and MOS track.
• Was a member of Microsoft Call centre Sri Lanka, and now managing the call centre.
• Handling the internal IT issues such as Network issues, Microsoft Outlook 2010, Hardware and Software.
• Conducting trainings out of Sri Lanka. (Brunei and Qatar)
• Involving in projects.
Projects Involved:
Windows 7 Deployment for Qatar Government
This project was mainly focused in the government companies in Qatar. It was a total number of 12000 machines to deploy windows 7.
• Deployed Windows 7 using SCCM and MDT tools.
• Troubleshooting on Windows 7 on drivers.
• Managing Customers.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handling internal IT, Network (LAN and Broadband), hardware and Software.
• Handling external IT such as helping partners to maintain the Worldspan GDS and keeping their machines up to date.
• Went on sales and handled customers, also was helping the Marketing Manager promoting Jet Airways.
• Airline tickets reservation was also done in between.
