Communicate with customers, principals and product managers with regards to pre-qualification matters.
Gather and prepare all necessary information and documentation in order to process the registration applications and follow up on their status.
Maintain and update internal pre-qualification database at all times.
Maintain and file related pre-qualification documentation.
Attend regular customer meetings together with respective product manager (customer champion) on all pre-qualification related matters and establish relevant contacts with the customers’ pre-qualification teams.
Provide weekly pre-qualification status report to Business Support Manager.
Support concerned personnel with the updating and renewal of agency agreements.
Handle all Arabic translations for the business units.
Maintain administrative contacts with the Arabic counterpart on the customer/ principal side as needed and directed by the related product manager/ department head.
Perform other related duties when required and approved by the Business Support Manager from time to time, including basic support to PRO and front desk.
Know, understand and comply with UTS Group’s Quality & HSE policies, practices, procedures and rules. Suggest improvements/updates in the internal processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
