Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
• Insure follow up of Recruitment activities by using the appropriate management and reporting tools.
• Create and publish advertisements in various media sourcing.

• Monitor the violation rules and discuss action planes with departments’ heads to comply with labor law and Nestlé standards regulations.
• Responsible for the time attendance management and handle system technical issues.
• Absent employees tracking and implementing the labor law.
• Follow up vacation consumption plans.
