o Responsible of top brands placement orders; i.e. UNDER ARMOUR, JCPenny, VF Nautica, George Asda, New Look.
o Handling all communication for developments, pricing & projections.
o Managing buyer-trader relationship professionally and efficiently.
o Maximizing company profitability by strategic engagement with sales, stock levels and product availability.
o Sales planning and business development with business partners, agents and buyers.
o Monitoring all the buyers' requirements and planning to achieve them through the factories establishments.
o Working on increasing business volume between the company and buyers with Ensuring customer's full satisfaction and achieving the highest Level of Service.
o Preparing full T&A plan for each program with mutual co-operation with planning department to ensure orders delivery dates are maintained achieved.
o follow up with logistics in terms of (clearance-transit time-shipping best methods-profitability)

** Account ownership of worldwide brand name customers as M&S, Matalan, C&A, Landmark, and Hema.
** Planning for factory capacities along with production and shipping ones with a parallel co ordination with the customers.
** Handling the communication between the factory and the customer ensuring timely and accurate orders and to give the highest efficiency performance.
** Supervising on all the submissions and approvals processes and procedures that all the orders are going through.
** Planning for the orders and managing the resourcing processes of fabrics and accessories including purchase of raw materials whether from Far or Middle East suppliers.
** Co-ordinate between factory and shipping lines to maintain the shipping process as confirmed with the customer side.
** Analyzing the production capacity for the factory starting from knitting, dyeing, cutting, till sewing stages.
** Capacity planning for each department of the above considering all production parameters specified for each customer.
** Getting all the order information data entered in the follow up soft ware system.
** Analyzing all the shipments performances f each quarter of the year.
** Getting the cash flow of the whole shipments and compare them with the similar ones for the same quarters.
** Acting as liaison between customers and factories.
** Negotiating in pricing between the two parties, the customer and the factory.
** Handling all the communication process between the factory and the customer.
** Pay both parties regular visits to review all the pending topics and to close all the open issues.
