Examinations Supervisor
Training the academy’s students on the functions of the English language, while enhancing their pronunciation and grammatical skills
Working on enhancing Language and communication skills for college students to make them qualified calibers in the emerging markets of outsourcing industry, through covering certain modules such as:
• English grammar and business writing
• Accent neutralization and correct pronunciation
• Customer service’ and culture awareness
• Listening and reading comprehension skills
Recruiter: Conducting Interviews for the 4th year-students to see if they are qualified to join the program.
Training universities, institutions and international schools students on thinking like pioneers and entrepreneurs for the sake of empowering the next generations in Egypt to build up business-thinking skills for the trainees
• Training adults on the correct use of the English language functions, while enhancing their knowledge of the language and training them on presentation skills and some soft skills.
• Handling different types of customers, while seeking the first call resolution to maintain customers’ satisfaction
• Achieving the required targets (KPIS: Key Performance Indicators)
