Responsible for the project management throughout the entire project lifecycle, including project initiation/proposals, project delivery, business liaison/stakeholder management, post-implementation review, and project loseout/handover. Core responsible for leading and managing projects and Project team in auditing and implementing improvements to all the IT infrastructure and procedures from the front end to network security. Also involved in managing, planning, scheduling & reporting on project activities.

Led product evaluation teams to solicit and evaluate RFP in support of marketing strategies.

Providing overall direction and management overview for the implementation of projects, and taking responsibility for the ongoing support and maintenance after their implementation. Involvement and participation in Company meetings and functions as required.
