Job Profile:
✓ Answering incoming phone calls.
✓ Processing calls quickly and efficiently while updating our operating system.
✓ Coordinating coverage and rates for volume, truckload and expedited shipments.
✓ Handled Export of Hazardous shipments.
✓ Co-ordinating with Local as well as Overseas Clients.
✓ Co-ordinating with vessel operators and internal clients in order to utilise the available vessel space thus maximising the profits
✓ Co-ordinating with port authorities in order to know the vessel berthing / sailing schedules
✓ Co-ordinating with overseas agents to know about Vessel's arrival at destination, delays if any & communicating the information with customers.
✓ Preparing the vessel schedules, vessel related reports.
✓ Generate all shipping documentation associated with customer shipments, vendor shipments and shipments to all facilities.
✓ Coordinate shipping instructions with the customer's freight forwarder as noted on Sales Order.
✓ Provide all shipping documentation to Inside Sales Department for filing in the respective sales order folder.
