Recruited to extend enterprise-wide application implementation and support for SAP
ERP business modules in order to support business functions.
• Understand and analyze processes with process owners across business verticals and
perform gap analysis to fit SAP solution to existing business environment.
• Conceptualize, blueprint and optimize integrated solutions and processes in various
divisions/subsidiaries of the company.
• Build, implement, configure, model and troubleshoot solutions and processes in various
divisions/subsidiaries of the company.
• Articulate, explain, describe and outline solutions and processes to business users
through defined proof of concepts and training workshops.
• Perform functional configuration support and apply enhancements to adapt to changing
business dynamics. Debug technical developments while performing error analysis.
• Work with the Service Desk to facilitate incident and problem resolution.
• Advise and exercise best practices in line with recent SAP releases in the best interests
of the company’s objectives.
• Key competency areas handled include Project System, Materials Management,
Financial Accounting, Customer Service and Purchasing.
Deliver new and complex high quality SAP ERP solutions to client in response to varying
business requirements
• Responsible for managing scope, planning, tracking, change control, aspects of the
developments throughout their SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and strictly
adhering to committed delivery timelines for various project engagements.
• Translate customer requirements into formal requirements, script functional description
and technical design documents, establish specific solutions, and leading the efforts
including programming and testing that culminate in client acceptance of the results.
• Perform functional/technical testing and write end-user test manuals.
• Responsible for effective communication with the customer.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of functional and Technical experience in SAP business
modules and other leading-edge products and technology in conjunction with industry
and business skills to deliver solutions to customer.
• Establish Quality Procedure for the team and continuously monitor and audit to ensure
team meets quality goals.
• Guide graduate entrees in the SAP competency area towards delivery excellence.
