Key Result Areas:
•Process all financial transactions (Cash Deposit, Cash Withdrawal, In-house cheque, Demand Draft, Managers Cheque, etc.).
•Ensure all outward fund transfers, end of service payments and salary payments to be scanned immediately in CMO workflow.
•Ensure all Outward Clearing Cheques are scanned immediately and processed adhering to clearing cut off time.
•Custodian and daily reconciliation of all undelivered items stock, Managers Cheque, Demand Draft, Outward returned cheques and all other items along with Branch Operations Manager.
•Ensure all customers are served within QMS timeframe.
•Perform intra-day cash balancing and ensure NIL cash differences.
•Ensure all transaction support document and vouchers are checked and archived on daily basis.
•Answering internal email queries regarding to Branch Ops.
•Serves as back-up for Head Teller / Senior Teller and a reliever to another branch as to Branch Operations requirement.
Key Result Areas:
•Processing personal finance booking.
•Handling discrepant cases and resolving .
•Processing entries relating to loan disbursement and credit card settlements.
•Intimating treasury department regarding the daily purchase and sale of commodity before cut off.
•Maintain MIS for rejected cases, physical applications and tawarruks received.
•Matching physical applications and tawarruks.
•Handling queries and complaints relating to personal finance.
•Reconciliation of sundry accounts.
