• Performs a range of general clerical, accounting and bookkeeping support function in an organization.
• Maintains contact with clients and observes confidentiality of client and firm matters.
• In-charge in depositing the daily sales income to the bank.
• Process accounts payables & receivables as needed.
• Utilizes computerized accounting software programs (Excel, Word) to perform duties and responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Collects housing loan amortization and remediation accounts
2. Prepares demand letters such as positive billing, reminder & final demand letters
3. Computes applications for loan restructuring of delinquent borrowers
4. Prepares Statement of Account of Housing Loan Borrowers
5. Reconciles subsidiary ledgers against the transaction(accounting) ledgers
6. Entertains/Replies queries, request & complaints from clients and other outside parties
7. Performs other functions as assigned by the manager
