Duties: Federal and State projects; hard bid to design build projects, ranging from$400, 000 to $2, 500, 000 dollars with 4 to 5 projects at one time, with 15 to 40 man at any given time. Over seeing Cad designs for production of fabrication of jobs on or in shop. Writing RFI’S in discrepancies in plans and spec‘s, working up change order costs, reviewing submittals, material buy-outs. Office and site paperwork such as daily’s and inspection reports, as builds, scheduling manpower, equipment, having material for a productive organized install with JHA’S in hand with all OSHA requirements being meet for a safe insulation. All jobs where done with high remarks by the owner and contractors, understanding all phases of construction to complete job phases with an aggressive job schedule. Summer remodels for 2 straight years with 2 compete campus being reworked with all new site utilities, ug plumbing and top out, up to 6 to 8 building per site, with only 90 days turn key projects. Worked with the school dist to saw cut all existing concrete and asphalt for all new site work before starting jobs. To coordinate with all other Prime Contractor Trade. Left for a few years seeking new opportunities.
