Events and Project Manager
Responsible for planning and execution of events of various sizes and profiles, including Conferences
(up to 250 participants), Seminars, Workshops and Debate-Dinners (up to 100 participants).
- Elaboration of detailed proposals for events;
- Invitation of the speakers;
- Preparation and managing of the events budget;
- Organization of appropriate equipment, venue, caterers, invitations, graphic design and managing all
the logistics;
- Sponsorship management. Preparation of the sponsorship packages and dissemination among the
potential sponsors. Managing the contacts;
- Elaboration of press-releases and contacts with the media;
- Coordination of all aspects on the day;
- Evaluation of the event, preparation and analysis of questionnaires.
Responsible for the National and European Projects promoted by the Association to stimulate collective business efficiency in the energy efficiency and cogeneration fields.
- Elaboration of the applications,
- Management of each project,
- Elaboration of the final reports.
The average of the investment of each project is 140.000 Euros.
Communication Director
Responsible for:
- Development and implementation of targeted communications strategies;
- Management of the communications budget;
- Interaction with members, organizations and decision-makers;
- Contacts with local and national media;
- Writing press-releases and annual reports;
- Contact person with the design agency, regarding the institutional graphic design;
- Updating the Members Directory, Website and E-Newsletter;
- Managing a team of 2 people.
Elaboration of documents/texts such as:
- Applications to co-finance programs to support the Association activity.
- Presentations for conferences, seminars, workshops.
- Update of the website information.
- E-Newsletter
- Press-releases
Researcher of the European Project “Providing Energy Services with Fuel Cells in a liberalised energy Market”, under the SAVE Program.
- Representing the Association at meetings in Berlin and Marseille
Assistant in organizing and promoting events at all stages (pre-event, event and post event).
