A. Experience in Standardization:
Product certification criteria of BSTI is Bangladesh Standard (BDS) but some other related ISO or Codex standard/TS/guide/method are also used for inspection, testing and management system certification. I am actively involve with a Technical Subcommittee of Food Colour, Flavour & Additives and also took part in the standard adoption/harmonization work through direct participation in the meeting of different technical committee of the standard wing in Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution (National Standard Body) on behalf of Product Certification Body. Sometimes recommendations were putted on draft standards when circulated for comments before finalization by the divisional Committee. I was attend in the 20th session on Codex Committee i.e. CCFICS meeting on February, 2013 in Chiang Mai, Thailand and in the national workshop on Codex Contact Point was held in Spectra convention centre, Gulsion, Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2014.
