National Park "Kornati" in Croatia.
The presentations contained
explanation of the cruise itself and

During mine two contracts, each one for 6 months, as a employee of Starboard Cruise
Services a.k.a Shops onboard i was in function as a Retail Associate or salesman. This
job gave me the experience of high responsibility over merchandise that includes Fine
Jewelry, Fine Watches, Semi Precious Stones, Precious Metals, Liqueur and Cigarettes,
wich are rated as a high risk theft subjects. As a salesman mine maine concern was to
judge guests and potential customers, start conversation with them, see their needs and
can we offer them that. My job was not to allow them to leave Shops empty handed.
With selling as our goal all Shop personnel, my coworkers, have to make sure that we
have verbal and not verbal communication with each other, along with the skills to
persuade person for purchase. Any disagreement that we might have and can damage
to overall image of Shops onboard and business is strictly not allowed. Also during my
two contracts we had 3 total inventories off all merchandise that we had in our shops
and warehouses. Inventory was very difficult and touchy, considering the amount and
type of merchandise. With 12 working hours per day, job was successfully done in
seven days.

As a employee of Image Inc. Caymans, like a Photographer for Royal Caribbean CL
my communication skills in English, patient and hospitality were put on test.
Considering the nature of Cruise Line Industry my part of the job was not only taking
pictures of the guests in studios and proving my selling skills in The Photo
Gallery, but also offering to the guests weary hi level of hospitality, communication,
help and memorable vacation, witch was our companies main goal along with making
hi quality photos in enormous amount. Working with my colleagues approximately
12 hours per day all 8 months, also from Photography
Department, but from the countries all around the world, our communication was also
excellent. We had to have good communication and feed back from our manager
because any job suffering that was initiated with our disagreement, would be
unapproved by anyone.
