Taught and trained school-aged kids to work with special math skills and ensured they were on track through classwork exercises and homework. Also, evaluated pupils’ overall performance throughout the course and made sure to keep the parents updated of their weekly progress.
Coordinating within departments such as admissions, quality assurance and examination rooms; organize and manage the administration, support systems, and activities that enable the effective running of the Dean’s office. Also, maintaining official records and assisting the Dean.
As an Alumni and Student Services Officer, I assisted in coordinating the admissions and academic registration for students.
Executed and performed various tasks and cross-department operations including marketing, training, customer orientation, and client relationship support to ultimately promote Doctoruna services. In addition, I have executed market researches to collect data such as customer behavior, customer profiles and preferences in order to help management taking decisions.
Helping students and teachers when IT support is requested on the help desk and taking internal calls of teachers who need assistance when they have IT problems and forwarding the cases to the concerned persons, as well as providing assistance to the staff when they need IT assistance.
Taking forwarded calls of students and writing e-mails to the people in concern as well as updating cases that have been left unsolved, using the excel sheet, to collect data about the caller's inquiry.
