Developed the existing customers and opened new countries, also; increased sales first year by 50% and by 25% the second year with a growth margin of 47%, more than 10 times growth fourth year ( from 9 MSR to 100 MSR ) this was due to thinking outside the box ( identify new startegy and implement it )
Started the Export sales Dept, have managed to develop old areas and open new countries like, Lebanon, Jordan, Yemen, Kuwait, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Egypt, Libya, Algeria, USA, and Syria.Sales was increased to double the first year and study growth by 15 to 20% every year.then was recommended by the General Manager to start for the first time a new Marketing Department .I started the department by getting it of the ground and setting up the structure of getting approvals from all Local authorities and international once too) .I had to look for better opportunity, since; my job was without any growth and I had to get a better position and I can't just stay the way I am without any growth
Started a whole Factory to manufacture PVC compound as raw materila for all injection & molding of plastics, sales was local the first year and then expanded to UAE, Armenia, Sudan &Iraq. Most of the local sales was depending on Iraq, which is later dropped to almost zero (business weakened ) I had to look for other alternatives. Bad depts in Jordan and Bad checks dropped the business and before it is too late, I decided to shut down and move back to Saudi Arabia ( I have received a good offer)
Moved to this Job to help and create marketing and sales department for a friend 's new installed factory in my transitional period to move back home to operate my own business. I have managed to create an integrated marketing & sales department for both local and export markets .
Started to market all industrial, Automotive, Safety & Security products thru out the kingdom, set up distribution, technical support and training for the customers, increased the sales of industrial products by 15% first year and 20% thereafter, received training in Belgium, England, France & Germany for almost all industrial products
Joined the company as local sales rep and then after proving my capabilities and skills I was appointed as export sales executive to handle Metals & Plastics department. I have managed to expand the product mix to sell to non-cable manufacturers (plastic compound) and also managed to sell huge quantities of Rod to almost all neighboring countries as raw material for cable manufacturers. Left the company for better opportunity with a multinational company.
Started the commercial Department, for distribution ( company activities was, plastics ) the company now became Alwafa Plastic Factory one of the largest in Jordan
