• Developed, maintained and monitored operating budgets, making needed adjustments to ensure budget requirements are achieved

• Prepare the removing plan with the Consultant.
• With the help of safety Dep., we did a presentation to all departments to acknowledge them about the dangers of asbestos.
• Work, control and coordinate with three different contractors
- SOKLEN - The main contractor of the project: he was assigned to bring trained labors and engineers, supply the PPE and supplying the “DCU: decontamination Unit “.
- GEMS - The contractor was responsible of transporting the asbestos from our site to the waste “Witch was a licensed waste from the Municipality”.
- BUREAU VERITAS - The consultant was responsible of the training for the team, monitor the project and controlling the project plan.
• Conduct weekly meeting to monitor and update the progresses.
• As a team with the consultant we did a presentation with the present of the CEO to celebrate (Faisalya with NO Asbestos).

Development of Faisalya area (A thanks certificate from the CEO)
The main objective of this project was to set up a perfect work environment for the employees that include (Asphalting, build new offices, parking shades …etc.)
• Estimating the budget.
• Write and approve of (RFB - request for budding) which consist of the Terms and Conditions, technical specifications and BOQ.
