• Lead a team of architects and engineers in the BIM modeling, shop drawings preparation and design coordination with construction team to ensure adherence to design intent
• Conduct design review to ensure compliance with relevant code requirements and supervised preparation of required RFIs
• Attend technical meetings with project consultants
• Issue project brief and required IFC documents to subcontractors and suppliers
• Conduct technical workshops with subcontractors & suppliers for technical clarifications
