• Preparation of major project accruals, cost verification, invoice tracking using SAP (Systems, Applications and Products) computer program.
• Performs site inspection of occupied/vacated houses prior to renovation package preparation, prepare inspection reports to be submitted to the Work Control Group Supervisor for proper evaluation and action.
• Prepare Scope of Work/ Work list for the renovation of multi-type Bachelor and Family units.
• Perform Cost Estimates of Work Orders which includes man-hour calculation, Material take-off, bill of materials and quantities with corresponding Saudi Aramco Material System Stock Number.
• Prepare complete G.S.O. package such as; Time Unit Rate & Work Unit Rate Quantities, Scope of Work, G.S.C. request for houses scheduled for renovation to be submitted to CB&OS-Contracts Unit for bidding.
• Performs post inspection on completed houses for renovation & prepare punch/snag lists for items requiring rectification to be submitted to Renovation Unit Heads for proper action.
• Prepares reconciliation of final quantities on G.S.C. contracted jobs, including contractor appraisals. Prepare Scope of Work of minor projects including preparation of Cost Estimates of change orders for extra works.

• Prepare summary of cost expenditures for each job order as required by the project manager.
• Coordinate estimate assumption with the drafting unit to reflect all considerations in the preparation on working drawings.

• Record all estimated hours of Job Order according to crafts required for scheduling the work.
• Coordinate Job Order to concerned superintendent for proper implementation of requested work.
• Plan and schedule Job Order based on available manpower and equipment resources.
• Collect foreman's reports and maintain Job Order records on hours and materials consumed for manager's evaluation.
• Prepare complete package, i.e. drawings, Scope of Work, estimates ready for Engineering Control Unit processing for contractors bidding.
• Performs final inspection on completed projects & prepares discrepancy list.
