• In-charge of managing the design department comprises of qualified Professional Engineers.
• Responsible for the technical design support for local and international projects from the engineering methods, planning, up to the execution/inspection of false works and formworks.
• Work closely with the customers and sales team to ensure optimal solutions for the project.
• Provide technical presentation, analysis and design evaluations to the contractor.
• Liaise with consultants and authorities to ensure full compliance of the safety standards
• Prepare department report on a daily and weekly basis for progress and accomplishments.
• Evaluates the designer’s performance according to the basis of their project assessment.
• Directly reporting to the Operations Manager and the over-all Chairman of the Group.
• In charge of handling Production, Technical and Customer Care Department for two (2) subdivisions in Batangas City and Lipa City, Philippines.
• Production engineer responsible in supervising, monitoring and inspection of the on-going construction of more than 100 housing units and land developments.
• Technical engineer processing building permits, certificate of occupancies, energizing and installation of water connection for the housing units.
• Customer care personnel in charge with complaints, approval of fence and extension permit and other concerns of clients.
• In charge of South Luzon Pilipinas Shell Stations Care and Maintenance Projects.
• Conducted safety briefing during the scheduled inspection.
• Responsible in assuring standard specification of materials are to be used on site and of good quality of workmanship.
• Ensures that the project will be finish on schedule and responsible in verifying percentage of work done for billing purposes.
• Responsible in the supervision, manpower & equipment scheduling, materials take off and cost monitoring of the project.
• Submits report to the Owner regarding the development and status of the project including billing processes.
• Ensures that the project will be finish as scheduled and of complete and well governed plan specifications and of good standard.
• Manage all operations within the enterprises including the scheduling of deliveries, ordering of materials from respective suppliers and handling of employees.
• Establish good personal relations with the customers and promote the enterprises of high quality and standard but of low cost.
• Responsible in the development and implementation of an effective system that will establish quality requirements for customer’s need and satisfaction.
• Responsible in execution, supervision and implementation of the project.
• Ensures that the project will be finish as scheduled and of complete and well governed plan specifications.
• Prepares cost estimate and development time table.
• Submits report to the Project Manager and the Owner regarding the status of the project.
