• In compliance with local labor law, managed the entire spectrum of the recruitment process that includes recruitment budget management, advertisement, and employer branding, applications review, candidate sourcing/headhunting/screening, ATS management, interview scheduling, conducting interview and selection, visa process, security clearance, reference checks, onboarding and relocation, induction, orientation, offer letter and employment contract administration.
Manpower Planning & Budgeting
• Developed and managed Thuraya’s annual manpower plan & budget; monitored budget movements and conduct quarterly variance analysis; maintained budget cost centers in the HRMIS.
Performance Management
• Managed the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals (e.g. forms and templates, communications).
Learning & Development
• Managed an annual training budget of $125K.
• Assessed employees’ development plans derived from the performance management system and develop training plans and/or identify learning opportunities for employee development.
