Designs, prepares, implements, monitors and evaluates Adolescents HIV/AIDS Prevention Project within the Government of Sierra Leone/UNICEF Country Programme.
Undertakes field visits to monitor programmes, as well as conducts periodic programme reviews with government counterparts and other partners.
Proposes and/or undertakes action on operational procedures affecting project management and implementation.

Presented a dissertation on HIV Prevalence among blood donors in Sierra Leone in fulfillment of the requirements of the award of the degree of Master of Public Health (MPH) Public Health Laboratory Services/Communicable Diseases Surveillance Center(PHLS/CDSC), London, UK. as an intern on in Disease Surveillance
