Gas train 6 & 7 and AKG2 at Raslaffan Industrial Area and was Reporting directly to
TECHNIP Project Manager. The position was not only consisting to Supervise the
Administration flow of information but to ensure successfully that recruitment and on
boarding process meets the manpower needs as per the approved chart and was
maintaining Technip daily expenses and monthly pay plan petty cash and preparing the
frequent allowances site cash flow and report PO activities as per the general predefined

Qatar Dredging Company - QDC / NDIA project
Managed all Personnel & Administration duties related to Government related matter of
the consortium JV site for New Doha International Airport Project, more than 5000
workforce, ensure that the well being of the workforce is up to the standard required,
attendance and on boarding of new staff is well recorded, overseeing the Insurance and
Catering, revise the payroll monthly sheet before final submission and prepare staff leave
calculation, and final settlement.
Coordinate the development of the new re-engineering of the full company diversified activities writing and implementing the new company decision authority process; organization chart; policy and procedure, and writing different Job Description and engage in the Job evaluation activity through analysis of task breakdown forms and adjusted basic salaries based on approved salary structure and incentive program (Hay Methodology).
