- Created and implemented short-term and long-range maintenance plans to maximize asset availability and increase the Full Mission capable Status aircraft with high percentage. Implemented an Aircraft detachment Phase Program that allowed for additional assets while deployed, specifically reducing phase backlog.
- ON TIME achievement for aircraft periodic (light & heavy) inspections, time change items, and modifications.
- Aggressively managed, coordinated, planned, and trained 16 new crews for F-16 aircraft armament specialization to raise their technical levels & skills, as well as subsequently successful duties accomplishment during actual operations missions.
* Manage, coordinate, and supervise team of 32 technical personnel across (4) Automatic Test Stations & Electronics Manual Shop in conducting test, diagnosing issues, and repairing electronic components for F-16 aircraft (such as: digital flight control computer / DFLCC - inertia navigation unit / INU - multi-function display / MFD - signal processor / SP - radar unit / RU - rec. trans. Unit / R/T, …). Maintained test stations daily serviceable to accomplish test, repair, and modifications for electronic components. Oversaw production activities of the personnel. Enforcing the achievement procedures of tests, repair, maintenance, and modifications as per quality and safety regulations. Managed and monitored the technical training program for the staff, and evaluated personnel.

Received "Letter of Thanks as Outstanding Commander" for Avionics Intermediate Shop from Egyptian Air Force Headquarter / Commander Office, due to High quality Level of technical work accomplishing, Staff's high technical level skills, and Workshop organization, during the visit of some LEADERS of an International Company for Electronics Equipments Industry to my workshop (01 / 1997).

- Followed up, oversaw, and tracked the maintenance company for utilities of the building (such as: air condition - electric power supply: main / standby - lighting).
* Led team of 4 technical personnel to work for (1) test station to accomplish tests, troubleshooting, diagnose, repair, and modifications for Test station & Electronic Components of F-16 Aircraft. Implemented the quality & safety regulations during work procedures. Coached and taught on-job-training for new staff.

- Learned cross-training for other test stations, and worked on all test stations.
* Manage, coordinate, direct, and supervise team of 28 personnel across squadron fleet in conducting flight line tasks such as: aircraft inspections, diagnosing issues, maintenance, and repairing electrical failures within fighter aircraft MIG-21 in short possible time with very high level of quality and safety. Planned & coached technical training programs (Technical staff / Pilots). Monitored and oversaw the spare parts store.

- Led, Managed, and achieved the mission of relocation for squadron fleet to another air base, reported the Alert Readiness for Operations Missions for (8) aircrafts after 40 minutes from landing (all technical specializations).
