As a result decreased debtor's collection days from 180 to 120 and stock turnover's days from 120 to 60 especially for pharmaceutical and implants by implementing Unit Dose and Consignment Item Systems. Through negotiation which was based on deep analysis increased the creditor's payment days from 60 to 120. As a result of the entire preceding exercise the cash flow was turned to positive which was invested on short term basis to get best possible spread.
 Through effective internal audits decreased operational cost by 20% from the areas of telecommunication, uniforms, and transportation and office consumables.
 Controlling stock balances for main store and other sub stores and provide monthly reports to CFO.
 Changing payables system for payments to computerized system on AS400.
 Changing book keeping for suppliers to computer recording and prepare suppliers monthly balances.
