The Income Auditor is responsible for successful coordination of activities in the income audit department. Responsible to the Revenue Accounting Manager of Finance or for successful performance of assigned duties. Assists and advises other departments and Company personnel, as necessary, to assure the success of the auditors and the company overall. Review daily work generated by income auditors from departments .Prepare special reports for audit preparation and review reports . Review staffing levels to maintain full employment. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities. Review audit activities with the Revenue Accounting Manager. Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary. Supervises policies, procedures and regulations regarding audit and compilation of revenue .
Job Responsibilities
► Responsible for all night audit team and they work
► Audit complimentary, day use and house use rooms
► Responsible for room statistic to be sure every kind of room
► Prepares J.V for room statistic on Acom sys
► Check rooms which made checked in with reservation
► Audit sales profile sheet to ensure group rate with fidelio
► Responsible for Audit rate discrepancy report with contract rate assure every rate is match
► Audit Banquet BO and checks be sure all taxes are posted and all item was posted
► Audit general cashier .(.F.O cashier and restaurant cashier)
► Make development taxes for month
► Make travel agent commission ( foreign and local)
► Print report from Acom to sales and reservation manger
► Prepares and distributes monthly reports as directed by the Hotel Manger and the Financial Controller
Responsible for auditing all charges posted in guest folios.
Responsible for auditing all cash and credit card transactions
Responsible for auditing all transactions for front office cashiers cashier.
Reports any outstanding discrepancies in a logbook for Income Auditors.
Prepares and distributes daily reports as directed by the Hotel Manger and the Financial Controller
Audits daily sales of all departments as reported in sales reports of Micros F&B recap, Micros Laundry recap, Micros Health club recap and Front Office with Computer system reports to ensure they are matching
Audits all restaurant cheques with captain order to ensure they are matching and ensure that all cheques are matching with missing cheques report.
Prints out all required reports from computer for Income auditor and other personnel.
Responsible for auditing all charges posted in guest folios
Responsible for auditing all cash and credit card transactions
Responsible for auditing restaurant cashier posted
Assisting the Night Auditor fulfilling all the managerial tasks
Responsible for maintaining the Micros System
