(Gantry crane- Mi-jack crane- Concrete pump- Batching plant- Skid loader-

• Repaired and Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic breakdowns.

• Planned and executed of scheduled preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and major repair activities during planned shutdown as well as breakdown of all related equipment and facilities in the Integrated steel plant for the following department :-
I. Hot rolling and medium section mill equipment like mill drive, mill pinion stands, gearbox, transmission, conveyors, shears, hot saw, cooling bed, reheating furnace
II. Pneumatic, hydraulic equipment.
III. Centralized oil and grease lubrication systems.
IV. Over head cranes department.
V. Workshop equipment.
• Assembled and installed hot rolling equipment of heavy and medium section mill.
• Planned and executed of fabrication and machining job for repairing / manufacturing of mechanical spare parts.
• Coordinated maintenance issues with other departments to ensure preventive maintenance processes.
• Monitored the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary
• Performed routine maintenance inspections of equipment to identify and respond to problems in a timely manner.
• Led team of senior technicians to carry out the maintenance and troubleshooting.
