Develop appropriate selling and marketing strategy in approaching potential clients to facilitate achievement of the profitable business plan, like; calling, responding inquiries, etc. and securing the closing sale
Advise businesses and individuals on all areas of protection and financial planning by providing unmatched financial services in Life & Medical, Investment (Pension, Children Education) and General Insurance
Prepare and gain approval for proposals/Illustration plan/quotation that will meet the policies and client needs. Regularly review account performance and make appropriate recommendations for optimising returns

Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.
Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
Perform other clerical receptionist and administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.
Conducts Financial Needs Analysis and recommends appropriate products to meet client needs
Good understanding of various IT Technologies and emerging Technologies in the marketplace, ex: daily using of salesforce.com
Manages and builds excellent relationship within organization and customer
Generating different types of daily, weekly & monthly report like sales production report, Follow-Up marketing status report
Experience in handling complaint customer and give solutions towards (Customer Service Excellence)
Actively participated in formulating marketing strategies and campaigns also production updates
