My main responsibility is to execute the academy’s administration operations, my duties included; yet not limited to:
• Administer the reception as the first point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors and EIMA via telephone, email, post, fax, or walk in clients.
• Provide necessary administrative support toward EIMA’s programs’ projects launching, conferences, seminar-workshops and exhibitions in UAE or overseas.
• Serve as custodian of confidential documents and correspondence between higher management and executive management, and keep the log.
• Prepare new/renewal employment visa documents
• Provide and sustain internal and external customer service satisfaction excellence.
• Negotiate and execute purchasing orders in accordance with the EIMA’s standard procedures; including issuing the necessary invoices and receipts.
• Ensure the delivery of equipment or contracted services as per required quality and time-line
• Ensure all legal documents/certificates are issued, handled & stored in a secured environment and as per procedures.
• Assist in student enrollment and registration procedures.
• Responsible of student payments collection and pending payments follow up
