I was involved in performing the duties as may be provided by law, or as prescribed by the court of appeals. I have to take and subscribe the oath required by the constitution before taking office.
I provided evidence of using and keeping in good conditions the stamps, seals existing in Prosecutor's Office.
I fulfilled all the duties imposed by the Attorney General and depending on the workload of each Prosecutor’s Office, where appropriate, I was responsible of typing/word processing skill or computer-aided editing of steps in proceedings/trial and procedural steps.
I was directly involved in receiving, recording, preparation and al the operations on works that contain state classified information, confidential information, performed under the provisions of law and in accordance with the general prosecutor orders /Public Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice regarding the protection made by Public Ministry on the protection of state classified information and confidential information.

Answer phone calls and record messages. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals. Prepare operation reports and responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.

I was responsible for all the Court records filed on different matters, Civil actions, Court petitions.
I was involved in everything related to file, all legal documents then dockets same in either hard dockets or on computer in the assigned file for each matter. I was responsible for all files to be available to the Judge at time of hearing or trial.
