Responsible for the overall Management and oversight of all Fleet Management activities in the North Sudan

1. Manage and Monitor the performance of the trucks / trailers to achieve maximum utilization,
2. Directly Manage TRISTAR Drivers / Senior Driver to ensure that they report on time and work effectively.
3. Responsible to Manage and ensure that all reports and information as required by the Organization are produced promptly on a timely basis. Additionally analyze information and quality of reports prior to distribution.

4.Responsible for operating stock at all sites.
5.Implement Best Practices established and ensure that KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) are maintained within parameters set.
6.Ensure that minimum Health and Safety requirements .
7.Continuously collect and collate valuable data or information relating to improvements required for Standardizations and Development purposes for Fleet Management.
8.Share experiences gained with other staff members and strive towards creating good team building and harmonious atmosphere.
9.Responsible of Tristar warehousing activities including, delivery, goods receipt, stock control, record keeping and safe storage and monitoring of perishable goods for all materials in Sudan and store keepers under your supervision.
10.Responsible of tires management system and requirements of fleet according to Tristar tires policy.

11.Ensure that any breakdown or trucks stuck are recovered in the shortest possible timeframe and take the necessary action required with all parties concerned.
12.Responsible of imports and exports and customs forwarding and prepared required documents.
13..Responsible of Sea Freight and Air Freight and prepared required documents.
14.Directly Manage TRISTAR Work Shop Manager.
