- Reviewing resumes and applications
- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
- Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions
- Handling insurance-related issues
- Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of
employees in consultation with the management

- Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system.
Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files; documenting actions; inputting information into file database and case management software.
Other routine tasks, such as processing and transcribing documents and entering data.

- Entering and checking information of trademarks to the system.

- Answering client's requirements and questions regarding regulations in Arabic Countries, Fees and time expecting to finalize registration producers.
- Preparing the application forms to be filed at the trademark office in Saudi Arabia.
- Sending the applications to the Trademark Office and waiting the Registrar’s response regarding the new application.
- Forwarding the Registrar’s notices to our clients.
- Following up the registration procedures, and send the registration Certificates of the clients trademarks.
- Translating English documents into Arabic and the other way around
- Organize, sort and assign clients requirements and databases
- Following up our clients' trademarks procedures with our Agents in different countries.
