Position: Product Manager (GYS welding and cutting solution) in the field of Welding, Cutting and Sheet forming CNC machines.
Responsibility:
· Automation Cutting & Welding System (Installation and Repairing).
· Standard Welding & Cutting System.
· Technical support (welding-service-maintenance-machine selection).
· Know how to arrange and set up new factory with the recommended machine, switch panel, cable layout design, cable calculations.
· Fit up the machines in right place to give the optimum and mass production.
· Market study to purchase the optimum solution to end users.
· Market study to bring valued spare parts to keep all machine in good status.
· Giving the customer valued solutions with optimum cost with the recommended spare parts that can be used along the using period.
· Keep GYS product in track with other market competitors (ESAB-MILER-LINCOLN).
· Give the customer perfect complete solutions for their purpose.
· Recommend complete solution for the customers' finishing product and give the right machines for their purpose.
· Able to combine between site and office work.
· Ability to lead big group of employees.
· Ability to manage full company work.
Position: Service and Sales Engineer in the field of welding, cutting and sheet forming CNC machines.
Responsibility:
· Automation Cutting & Welding System (Installation and Repairing).
1. Automation CNC Cutting Systems including:
Oxy-Fuel, Plasma and Bevel CNC Cutting Machines.
2. Automation CNC Welding Systems including:
Column and Boom Welding Machines.
3. Standard sheet forming system (Installation and Repairing).
CNC Press Brake and CNC Shearing Machine
4. Repairing both mechanical and electrical situations.
· Standard Welding & Cutting System including:
1. Repairing MMA, Semi-Automatic Welding and Plasma Cutting Machines.
· Spare Parts Purchase Order For Cutting & Welding Machine "Electrical -Mechanical".
· Wear Parts Purchase Order for Cutting & Welding Machine "Consumables Parts".
Position: Maintenance Engineer
Responsibility:
· Studying Main Infrastructure for Electrical Installation.
· Studying Electrical Power for Each Machine to get better Chosen for both Switch Board and Cables.
· Sharing in Choosing Main Switch Board and Cable's Size for both Medium and Low voltage.
· Studying Electrical Loads to get better Chosen of transformer distribution and Expected Extension Loads.
· Knowledge of Basic Advantage of RMU "Ring Main Unit" and how it connected in Electrical System.
