JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Directly reporting to Plant Manager & Operation Manager.
• Main function is managing the plant with two high speed production line of Bread (6, 000pcs/hr) & Bun (39, 000pcs/hr) with around 150personnel.
• Responsible for the whole Plant (e.g. Operation, Maintenance, Plant policies & procedures and Flow Chart).
• Analyze & evaluate workforce requirement and execute training plan for improvement.
• Reviewing the performance of workers and supervisory staff base on their individual KPI’s.
• Maintaining the plant production lines, foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
• Planning of required Raw Materials & Packaging Materials with around 300 types and maintain less cost of stock inventory
• Ensure timely delivery of production orders and all SKU’s McDonald products, KFC, Burger King & Retail.
• Develop and executes the plant manufacturing budgets, Cost center in charge for all the factories.
• Timely analyze the process, machineries & system to update the continuous improvement in all factories.
• Ensure the implementation ISO 2200 & ISO 9001 and HACCP prerequisites and pass all individual audit of customer.
• Maintain clean and safe plant and periodic maintenance schedule.
• Optimize Plant Capacity & Manpower capacity with maximum output.
• Monitor operation and take corrective actions on process deviation or in any machine or product abnormalities.
• Establish and direct plant policies and procedures.
