Designation: Quality Controller Inspector
Job responsibility: Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Food Safety & Hygiene
• To inspect the quality of the products in Inbound, Production, Storage and Dispatch
• To monitor that the products being packed are within the ADFSC specification.
• Compile all the Quality Inspection Forms
• To safeguard all measurement instruments assigned for the work
• To monitor traceability of products
• Liaise with procurement regarding quality issues
• Implement the quality systems meeting the requirements of GMP, food safety and regulatory policies and standards.
• Handling Pest Control activities in plant with support of PCI
• To ensure that critical control points are being monitored and maintained
• To monitor hygiene standards within the factory to ensure that the ADFSC standards are being maintained
• To monitor personal hygiene standards to ensure that ADFSC procedures are being maintained
• To monitor and assist the production team in the training of new staff with in the ADFSC production operation
• To assist to develop a health and safety culture within ADFSC
Product: Aseptic & Canned Mango Pulp and Concentrate, Aseptic Guava Pulp,
Aseptic Papaya Pulp and Aseptic Tomato Paste for export & domestic market
Designation: Senior Officer (Level IB 3) - Operations & Quality.
Job responsibility: Production, Quality and Dispatch
• To arranging the fruits arrival, reporting the fruits quality, keeping for the ripening ( Natural /Controlled ) & sorting
• To Controlling the food safety hazards at the primary source level by procuring fresh fruits from approved suppliers
• To discussing with units manager for planning of production on the basis of fruits condition
• To check Food Safety System like HACCP, SSOP, GMP & SOP
• To check & managing the physical, chemical & microbiological quality of finished products as per ITC specification.
• Sensory evaluation of in-process & finished product (Color, Flavor & Taste) and prepared the report for the customer.
• To check & managing the quality of packing material as per ITC specification. & arranging the sample bags to the customers
• To preparing quality reports, production reports, dispatch report & monthly stock statements of finished products & packing materials.
• To facilitate all internal, second, third and regulatory agency auditing and facility inspections.
• To conduct other types of Quality Assurance functions, such as truck & container loading 'quick checks',
