Our daily tasks are likely to involve:
1. Visiting clients and searching for new potential ones.
2. Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
3. Presenting the range of products, introducing new technologies and conducting training sessions or demonstrations whenever required.
4. Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
5. Preparing quotations, negotiating contract terms, closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
6. Providing technical support before and after implementation to help ensure that the solutions work successfully.
7. Meeting regular sales targets.
8. Attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
9. Liaise with giant industries in Europe and US such as Dow Chemicals, Birtley Group, Expamet building products, Ancon building products, Cetco, Firestone building products, and Bontec Geosynthetics, Low and Bonar, Lenton, Pentair Group, Deflex Fugensysteme GMBH, Chase Corporation, Frankische GMBH, Elmich Singapore, etc.
10. Managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
Serving as a purchaser and orders processor for all types of glass and their accessories for a proper installation, inspecting the quality, and coordinating with site foremen and engineers for material supply, updates, change orders, progress and nonconformance.
I was serving as a senior project materials management coordinator, providing supervision and functional guidance on all project materials management issues with particular emphasis on:
1. Establishing an integrated materials management infrastructure to ensure the on-time delivery of material and accurately reports progress and highlights exceptions to the project management team.
2. Establishing a process that will maximize the utilization of available Company Excess materials and minimize the creation of surplus materials.
3. Participating as a member of the project's contract amendment/change order review team to prevent/minimize the creation of surplus materials resulting from design/scope changes.
4. Receiving, handling using heavy weight equipments, controlling, inspecting, storing and dispatching all of which.
5. Planning and implementing all required project materials close-out activities at the conclusion of the project.
6. Inventory management
Our job is to locate and inspect all safety tools on board of an aircraft, address and direct passenger in case of an emergency, first aid them when required and serve them.
