Duties & Responsibilities:
Establish HR and Administration Department’s objectives in line with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Coordinate with Department’s Heads to set the objectives and action plans and follow up their implementation at regular intervals throughout the year.
Set the Department’s budget in coordination with the Finance Department and in line with company’s budget policy.
Set and maintain the grading system and salary scale by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; recommending, planning, and implementing salary scale revisions.
Set the manpower plan in alignment with all departments’ needs and objectives.
Manage HR operations, namely recruitment, orientation, training and development, organizational development, performance evaluation, coaching and employee relations.
Ensure job requirements and job descriptions for all positions are updated and circulated to concerned employees.
Counsel managers on candidate selection; conduct and analyze exit interviews and recommend changes.
Hear and resolve employee grievances, and counsel employees and supervisors.
Aim at constantly motivating employees by studying and assessing their needs and recommending employee loyalty programs to Management and following up its implementation (Rewards & Recognition).
Ensure compliance with local legal requirements (labor law, NSSF) by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
Manage administrative operations namely, governmental relations activities, housekeeping, security control, internal and external mail reception and delivery.
Perform random monitoring through security control rooms and ensure all security elements are fulfilled.
Prepare, update, and recommend Human Resource & Admin policies, procedures, and work instructions in coordination with the Integrated Systems Department; and ensure their proper circulation to employees.
Ensure implementation of HR and Admin activities by scheduling regular meetings with team members and following up on work results.
Issue regular reports to Management on HR & Admin activities’ progress.
Set and implement incentives’ plans, career path and succession planning.
Develop and implement training plan upon approval of department heads.
Identify internal and external training programs to fill in competency gaps
Develop training materials such as manuals and handbooks.
Evaluate and suggest training materials and methodologies.
Coordinate and finalize contracts with external training suppliers
Maintain training and Development Budget
Amend and Revise Training programs as necessary in case of any changes
Handle Security team monitoring
Follow up on all Security related issues
Handle company vehicles and drivers monitoring and dispatching
Manage Utrix Administration Team including Receptionist and Office Keeper
Monitor Administration team stock and inventory.
