•Achieve or exceed sales targets every month.
•To retain maximum vehicle profit retention and sell vehicle add on accessories
•To maximize individual & team contribution of Customer Service Values in line with company
expectation
•Ensure all customer data is captured accurately and fully uploaded on to Auto line
•Adhere to all company rules and regulations
•Build on and maintain relationship with existing & conquest customers long term
• To provide & maintain daily sales report, or any other records which may be required by the Team
Leader to keep up-to-date records of sales & performance.
• Understanding the needs of the end customer & providing appropriate financial solutions.
• To ensure customer documentation is complete & in compliance with the bank’s requirements.
• To help coordinators resolve discrepancies associated to customer documentation.
• Interaction with other team members.
• To meet minimum 2 new prospective clients per day.
• Provide client interaction with value calls.
• Attending product trainings, to be up to-date with the market developments.
* Achieve the agreed individual sales targets ensuring the compliance with bank's policies and
procedures to support the realization of the branch targets, particularly those of the business
segment.
* Promote the bank's products to new and existing customers by making proactive sales efforts
and capitalizing on cross selling opportunities in order to achieve the sales targets.
* Develop existing client relationships
* Review applications for credit cards to confirm their completeness and initiate processing.
* Proactively ensure that superiors meet speedy turnaround times as laid out in service level
agreements.
* Ensure to deliver consistently high level of customer service and effectively deal with the
customer queries in order to maintain high degree of customer satisfaction.

Graduate of Bachelor of Arts major in Communication Arts
