• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations of property buildings and villas.
• Prepare month end and quarter end close for each respective property.
• Prepares the documents and tenancy contracts.
• Compile financial statements for the owner and third party outside owners
• Prepare monthly financial reports. Process accounts receivable and review accounts payable for each respective property.
• Issue tenant statements and supporting schedules. Ensures that all property and tenant lease input information is up to date and correct
• Prepares deposits and monthly bank reconciliations
• Monitors all the investments and various payments made
• Prepares payroll to employees
• Checking and monitoring employees visa status andleave
• Answers queries of tenants and suppliers.
• Prepares communication letters, offer letters and emails.
• Coordinates with the maintenance regarding the problems in the villas and buildings
I have a Bachelors degree in Commerce major in Accounting. Having passed the board examination for Certified Accountants in 1985.
