I was hired by Salam for the launch of Red bull Energy drink; it was a great challenge to set-up this department; I have a perfect knowledge of Qatar market.

I was responsible for Red Bull Sales and Distribution in Qatar.

My responsibilities & tasks were:
- Key accounts management: Building partnerships and strong relations with customers (Carrefour, Giant, Lulu…)
- Training of the Sales Team members (One A accounts sales representative, 6 cash vans salesmen, 4 merchandisers) and developing their interpersonal skills. (Monthly presentation, punctual training, in the field training, or special action plan)
- Implementing yearly business plan
- Monitoring daily operations including daily reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, competitors’ activities report
- Budget, sales & order forecasts. Order procedure
- Monitor trade budget and trade Visibility agreements supported by POSM
- Analysis of a market Database, to ensure a proper follow up and control of the sales by outlet (more than 1000 outlets recorded), Report on current market performance after analyzing past data.

For the first two years, I was also responsible for Red Bull Marketing and Events in Qatar.
My responsibilities were to find events to support, to train the sampling team, to schedule their work as per Red Bull targets, to prepare monthly and annual marketing reports and plans.
