.Mr. Elsadig Osman has 16 years of experience in project management and construction work with over 12 years on large domestic and international, oil, Gas and petrochemical plant projects. Mr Elsadig expertise / experience include monitoring civil and structural activities, ensuring work progress, progress payment verification, planning, review drawing and procedure prior for approval and quality control at all times.
Mr Elsadig is also involved with Health, Safety & Environment and coordination with the relevant parties (Mechanical, Electrical and etc).
Assisting the Civil Superintendent regarding the work schedule, progress, procedure and specification of the work are comply by the sub-contractors
1.To supervise and monitor the construction work of equipment foundation, building, material use and etc., ensuring they are accordance to the drawing and project specification.
2.Report to schedule control department on progress by areas on weekly basis.
3.To take part in weekly meeting with sub contractor when required by Superintendent.
4.Reported to Civil Superintendent regarding the construction work progress at site on daily basis and any discrepancy that required for modification ( field design change ) on site.
