I've been working for Intertek Moody (International Certification& Inspection Body) as a ISO Management System Auditor/Lead Auditor & Tutor (trainer
**My responsibilities as ISO Management Systems Lead Auditor /Auditor, are:
I perform audits on different companies with different variable scopes according to: (ISO 9001:2008/ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 14001:2004/ISO 14001:2015 (Environment) & OHSAS 18001:2007(Occupational Health & Safety),
ISO 22000:2005, HACCP (Food Safety),
ISO 22716:2007, EFfCI (Cosmetics GMP),
ISO13485:2003, CE Mark/Med Directives, ISO11137 (Medical Devices),
European GMP (Pharmaceutical), etc
Through the following:
-Prepare the audit documents and provide audit plan to the clients
-Conduct audit interviews with key staff members/employees/workers of the company
-Tour the Auditee company and inspect the facility to establish compliance/ non compliance especially in the production &Quality zones, the waste generation points & hazards points and the critical control points, etc.
- Review and study the company documents, especially the previous audit reports
- Decide on the validity and category of non-conformance NCRs
- Prepare an audit report based on key findings, mention strengths and nonconformities
**My Responsibilities as an ISO Management Systems Tutor (Trainer) are:
- Delivering of training courses according to different ISO Management Systems
- Ensuring that all training /emergency facilities & safety induction are sufficiently provided
- Conduct delegates surveys to determine the effectiveness of current training programs
- Ensuring that all training documents are filled
I prepared companies for obtaining the certificates of compatibility with ISO Management Systems requirements.
by building their management systems through:
*Conducting gap analysis between their actual status and ISO management systems requirements.
*Training of personnel by delivering training courses of Awareness & Internal audits according to ISO Management Systems .
*Building of Documentation system which is required by the standard(s).
*System Implementation.
*Leading & Assisting in Conducting internal audits on the system.

- It was a challenge for me and I succeeded strongly to prepare a large number of large companies In & Outside Egypt, with wide variable manufacturing/Services fields (Training & Consulting Services, Food, Textile, spinning & weaving, Carpets, Paper, metallurgical, Cranes, locks & security systems, Petroleum Services, Chemicals, Printing &Packaging, plastic, Cement, Construction, Agriculture, Ships Loading &Unloading services, …... etc in addition to Medical industries and services
•I worked as a quality assurance Manager for a large group for food industries in Egypt.
-My Responsibilities & Duties were:
I was the responsible for implementing of ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP systems for the group.
Conducting of internal audits on both of ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP systems, following up of corrective actions for effective closing of Non-Conformities.
Supervision& Performing of chemical and microbiological analysis.
Ensuring that all hygienic conditions & all Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP) are fulfilled
Identifying, Collating and analyzing KPI’s and performance data and charts against defined quality parameters to identify gaps and implement corrective and preventive action necessary as well as to highlight key areas for improvements and/ or risks to the Top Management .
Achieving of quality assurance operational objectives by contributing data and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying & resolving problems; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Meeting of QA financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

• I worked as a General Manager for large poultry farms in Saudi Arabia.
**My Responsibilities & Duties were:
- Manage & oversee the physical operations of the project to produce high quality and healthy poultry/poultry product
- Manage & oversee the activities of the staff.

- Be aware of every customer's needs and be competent to adjust schedules to fulfill them
