1. Managing both production and maintenance sites, in charge of all the duties, manpower, productions and operations processes & progress of the company’s production site.
2. Arranging/Coordinating required documents/materials for the Abu Dhabi GHQ for Military projects and all other company clients.
3. Handling the maintenance activities for all equipment, light & heavy vehicles of the company among the varies sites by means of programming preventive maintenance plan and corrective maintenance actions in accordance with the required standards of (ISO 9001-2000).
4. Working on designing and producing the iron and steel structures for the head office and company sites constructional projects, following the required specifications and standards.
2001-2004 Manager of Quality Dept.
Established the department, supervising, controlling, developing, and updating the management system to the ISO requirements (ISO 9001-2000). The quality activities are as follows:
1-Quality control and inspection for various products (Medical & Industrial Oxygen gas, Medical & Industrial Air, Nitrogen gas & Liquid Nitrogen, Nitrous oxide & Acetylene gas).
2-Quality assurance management (Documentation control, Internal auditing, maintenance, preventive & corrective actions, Training activities, Sales of Medical & Industrial gas, Sales of Medical & welding equipment & special gases, Purchases & Suppliers evaluation, technical operations control, Calibration control, Stock control, Data analysis, Management review meetings coordination & Stating the company's annual objectives) According to the requirements of ISO 9001-2000- obtained the ISO certificate for the company at November 2001.
Running all safety activities in accordance with required international methodology and as per internal safety instructions, targeting to obtain the OHSAS 18001:1999 “Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series”
