Responsible For all Construction works for the Three zone S11, S12 and S13 . The Mentioned Area Contains The Parking Floor, Danoob Mall, And One Tower . The Total Area About 10000 M2 Flooring .
1- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design and specifications standards .
2- Supervision of the workforce.
3- Report daily to the Project Manager on progress.
4- Reporting of broken plant/equipment/stores to the Project Manager.
5- Oversee and co-ordinate materials ordering and delivery to site.
6- Supervise the installation of all project related utilities to include MEP works.
7- Supervise concrete work and ensure the work done as per design and shop drawing..
8- supervise on HSE in construction filed .
9- Prepare and submit the bar binding schedule to ordering the steel reinforcements .
10- Inspect The Site Work And handing over to consultant .
11- Ordering the concrete .
12- Prepare and submitting the time schedule plan .
Responsible for the Residential zone In all Construction and Finishing works, the Residential Zone , consists of 50 Villas , Mosque, Recreation, Two Identical Housing Studios and 9 Buildings with (6 Floors, 23 Flats per building), supervising the sub-contractors and implementing.
1- Manage and coordinate all activities and the demands that are related to the owner, consultant, & contractors.
2- Cost effective execution plans & proposed organizations for operations & maintenance for the site equipment..
3- Review and approval of all engineering manpower estimates, engineering production and engineering schedules.
4- Evaluating the progress of the project regularly in terms of quality and adherence to the specifications and approved drawings.
5- Interface with Vendors, review Vendor bids, conduct technical evaluations and make recommendations.
6- Interface with team members, client and other discipline members.
7- Carry out inspection and witness the testing .
8- Provide technical support to construction as required.
9- Assist the project manager in the planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling of the project within assigned project/area.
10- Monitor, evaluate and report in terms of quality and safety of design and in schedule and budget status.
11- Resolve all issues in my area in terms of schedule and technical design with the proper guidance and assistance from the project manager.
12- Provide technical support and coordination for the site construction task force.
13- Adapt inter-discipline project meetings and record all minutes, as required.
14- Presenting time-schedules for handling the handing-over dates that are ordered by the owner.
15- Evaluate the variation orders and the demands of the contractors.
16- Prepare weekly status reports showing operation plans and executed work related to the site.
17- Implementing the PHO and FHO (Primary and Final handing over for all building).
The Building Engineering Department is the eighth department in the Faculty of Engineering , This department can be recognized as a link between architecture, planning, and the environment on one side, and the various engineering sciences related to construction such as civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and computer engineering on the other side. The focus is on the process of integrating the various engineering aspects of the building to achieve its optimal design of the building that is characterized by durability and safety, as well as comfort and preservation of energy.
