• Analysis the current situation to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments needed to implement the performance of the supply chain department.
• Preparing action plan for all the S&D (Slow & Dead) Stocks items.
• Audit and verify all normal orders with current data analysis for each order to achieve minimize inventory levels with maximize CSI rate.
• Implement and regularly update suggested order system for each brand to achieve inventory level optimization.
• Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
• Develop the company’ spare parts stock & inventory control management which serve the aim of controlling costs within budget limits, minimizes stock holding and maximizes working stock.
• Planning & order processing development to support both Sales and after Sales to improve the availability rate & decrease the slow moving & the dead Stock items.
• Establish Accessory program for VW, Audi & Seat network to increase sales, profitability, and meeting the customer requirements.
• Generate and implement efficient sourcing and strategies that can help to purchase parts with the lowest price, good quality with long payment time.
• Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure & Inventory.
• Perform cost and sales analysis, and benchmarking to select the vendors and suppliers to secure profitable deals after negotiation.
• Handle customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction within the dealership's guidelines.
• Monitor & Measure the parts KPI’s on monthly bases to take the necessary corrective action.
• Managing Spare parts' Depreciation system & Re-pricing system which decreases the old & dead Stock Items
• Annual material Forecast plan preparation with the business units.
• Control the monthly material plan to update Central Purchasing department.
• Plan & control the commercial's section cost reduction strategy.
• Organization Developing Coordinator for Supply Chain Department
• Planning & follows up the Ad hock & Monthly orders and its implementation.
• Planning & Flow up the Local & the foreign spare parts orders for 5 commercial Brand Names (Mitsubishi Fuso, Volvo, Hyundai Commercial & Equipment's & Lendi fork lefts').
• Prepare & order the new trucks requirements according to the sales plan.
• Coordinating between the Sup-suppliers production plan & the company requirements.
• Material requirements planning for both local vendors & purchasing.
• Using Lean manufacturing Principles for recourses management & cost reduction.
• Designing special equipments & racks for the production lines & warehouse.
• Handling materials to the lines for trim, chassis & final lines.
• Process sheet & time management for all production lines.
• Production control for trim, chassis & final lines.
• Controlling the line feeding process with the ware house.
• Responsible for translate the manuals and training the stuff on the new machines.
