• Managed training needs assessment resulting in the generation of training annual plan and budget.

• Handled HR Partner role for couple of departments in setting performance measures, talent management, headcount, compensation and organization development.
• Prepared job descriptions, policies and procedure manuals for different departments.
• Developed and managed "NBK University" project for Kuwaiti graduates that prepared 25 talented staff for fast-track advancement in the bank.
• Participated in the development of “Management Development” program for bank potential managers that equipped them for future positions within the bank.
• Managed training projects such as creating a training website and invoice tracking system, produced trainer’s course manual and writing department’s policies and procedures.
• Developed training procedure manual and policies and reviewed them periodically.

• Participated in “McKenzie” project, that led to train retail branches' staff on new sales processes & tools.
• Delivered product knowledge courses for new recruits in retail banking, call center and direct sales. And other managerial courses for bank staff.
• Assisted talent management unit in preparing career path and training needs per each position in consumer banking.
