A. - Reporting

a. To prepare and process all standard and non-standard management information reports on monthly, weekly, daily and whenever requested covering expenses, bank account status, outstanding to suppliers, settled claims, outstanding claims and reserves, etc.
b. To prepare and process monthly closing in orderly and timely manner.
c. To prepare and report on the weekly cash position.
d. To update the company’s financial results on a quarterly and annual basis on the Tadawal website.

B- Claims Management

a. Opening salvage bids for salvage vehicles.
b. Ensure that all issues relating to salvage are prompted resolved and follow up on the salvage collection.

C- External Reporting

a. To arrange monthly, quarterly and annual filing returns to SAMA.
b. To calculate and accrue for the SAMA supervision’s fees on a monthly basis and ensure paid within the regulated deadline.

D- Banking Transactions

a. To manage Wataniya’s accounts, petty cash, Visa card or/and any method of receiving or payment method.
b. To ensure that all payment to vendors, service providers, dealers, third party administrators, preferred work/body shops are paid within the agreed turn-around time and to ensure that all documentation are furnished from both ends.
c. To undertake all administrative functions relating to banks accounts and their related jobs.

E- Personnel & Payroll

a. To prepare monthly payroll, salary slips, advise banks, system posting and all transactions, including GOSI, related to this task.
b. To calculate EOSB for employees on a monthly basis and ensure correct recording.
c. To review and check the Medical Insurance premiums of all employees and pass quarterly entries.
d. To reconcile the account with the insurance provider on a quarterly basis and arrange settlement.
e. To maintain exit/re-entry records.

F- Budgets

a. To prepare the consolidated budget for the company and compare to actual results on a monthly basis.

G- Investments

a. To review and monitor the market value of investments in equities and pass necessary fair value adjustments on a monthly basis.

H- Audit & Tax

a. To coordinate with Deloitte for tax return filing
b. To organize and arrange for the quarterly/ reviews and annual audit of the company’s financial statements.

I- Administration

a. Organize archives and documentation of Accounts and Financial transactions.
b. To ensure all documents are filed and arranged in an orderly manner.

J- Expenses

a. To review and check all supporting documents for the expenses and ensure approved by CEO/ CFO before processing.

K- Shareholder Accounts

a. Maintain the shareholders accounts and produce the monthly General Ledger and Trial Balance.

L- Others

a. To carry out and assist with any related tasks assigned by the CEO.
b. To control the operations of the Finance Department in the absence of the CFO.
c. To coordinate with the Internal Auditors in execution of their work.
d. To open Customer Accounts for Al-Khobar Branch.
