•Created IT Strategy and business plans to enable digital classroom management which automated 100% of the Training process, which accounts for80% of the revenue.
•Managed Workplace Violence e-tools portal project which allows organizations working in the healthcare sector in Ontario to use a single platform to assess workplace violence risks and implement action plans to eliminate the identified risks.
•Planned and implemented Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans, selected a technical solution that allowed the organization to have a restoration time of 4 hours in case of a physical disaster to the building hosting our servers.
•Acted to deliver all programs implementation, managing timeline, budget, risks, resources, and scope.
•Transformed the organization from waterfall to Agile by introducing the Scrum methodology to manage projects and program. Led the Agile ceremonies and coach project leaders the Agile concepts.
•Led the RFP development with SMEs and managed the project’s internal resources and the vendor relationship, project was launched in June 2017
•Initiated a Cybersecurity internal awareness program and selected a cloud-to-cloud backup solution for Office 365 to restore the data in case the organization would be a victim for ransomware.
•Created and implemented the “simple and reliable digitally enabled operations” strategy, by creating system integration components using APIs and Webhooks to fully integrate the operations between Website, CRM, Learning Management System and, MLTSD (Ministry of Labor, Training and Skills Development) portal.
•Created Cloud migration strategy and roadmaps to move all IT assets to Cloud, starting with Office 365 and mission critical services taking known risks into consideration, project fully implemented in last Quarter of 2022
•Successfully Implemented the digitally enabled strategy by managing the implementation of the renovation of the company’s website initiative to enhance performance, UI/UX, add self service functions and better integration with backend systems
•Managed in-house team to develop CRM customized entities integrated with website backend and learning management system, reducing the processing time of participants’ records from 7 days to a few seconds. We built the integration needed to send participant information directly to the Ministry of Labor, Training and Skills Development.
•Managed the implementation of a Cloud hosted PBX for the organization, call center features supported the organization in improving customer experience, reducing the cost by a factor of 6.
