Managing the Project of Enhancing TE Data Enterprise POP's
By collecting the required physical equipment (Power, Racks, shelves, etc) to ensure customers availability and minimize the occurrence of physical problems inside the POP's
Managing the Project of Transformation from Huawei ATM to IP DSALM's to fulfill customer needs and solving the utilization problems

Monitor Network stability and performance and Dealing with Global problem in TE Data network that affecting Enterprise customers
Troubleshooting inter Autonomous systems routing of BGP/MP-BGP.
Troubleshooting network backbone routing
Level 2 of technical troubleshooting and escalations of Tier II team.
Troubleshooting MPLS PE issues on TE Data core network
Design and Implement converged Multi-vendor networks which include IP, ATM, Frame Relay, Gigabit Ethernet and Wireless-based technology.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot Complex Multi-vendor network issues in WAN/LAN, VPN’s & Global connectivity.
Troubleshoot & Configure high level routing protocols (BGP, MPLS, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP)
Troubleshooting Global Data Services issues with upstream and third party providers (Telecom Italy, Verizon Business, PCCW & TATA).
Creates Network diagrams and reference charts to Enterprise customers.
Monitoring on customers links through monitoring server solution (Orion server) and dealing with monitoring alerts Generated from the monitoring server
