1. Receiving the customers, doing introduction through The Mockup and PPT about the cooperation zone, the factories, apartments and offices, And take around in the industrial zone to show the investment environment with customers;
2.Being able to distinguish between different customers; keeping detailed written records and report of the visit of major important customers.
3.Deal with difficulties and problems of the customers, provide suggestion and recommended method, to solve the problems.
4.Dealing with the governmental authorities to keep the relation consolidation and get information when needed.
5.Assist in land selling and the assets renting of the factories, offices, apartments, labor rooms, and commercial units.
6. Drafting all the contracts ( renting and terminating ) and pushing all other related procedures (uploading to the company’s system to get approval, sending notice to all departments, distributing the contracts, archiving and give a serial, and finally updating our data base.
7.Following all customers to check whether they will renew or terminate their contracts with the company and pushing them to get the required documents and sign the contracts.
8.Following and finishing all the procedures concerning returning the guarantee to the customers who will terminate the contracts.
9.Responsible for all the sheets and database related to marketing department, Make the sales report and the monthly plan.
10.Be responsible for collecting the land fees and the property management fees from the customers in the cooperation zone.
